Through December 23rd, you can name your price on the adoption fees on all adult animals, 8 months and older, and half off adoption fees for all puppies and kittens!

“If you’ve been thinking of adding a cat or dog to your family, now is a great time to visit the shelter! We have several cats and dogs of all ages looking for a loving home,” said AVHS Operations Manager, Krissy Zic.
The shelter is open Monday through Saturday from noon to 5 pm. They recommend scheduling an appointment as some of our animals are in foster homes. Call or text 719-395-2737 to schedule an appointment.
